Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through our website with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the order status.

3. Cancellation by The Hawk

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Item is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment could not be verified or was declined
  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund on Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to our Return Policy.
