At The Hawk, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help with an exchange.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

3. How to Request an Exchange

Contact us through our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for exchange along with clear photos if applicable.

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, ship the item back to us. Upon receipt and quality check, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories and innerwear
